Delete your Twogram account

Email support@twogram.gr from the address you signed in with (or tell us your username), and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (username, avatar) and sign-in details (Apple, Google, email).
• Your Journey progress, wallet (coins, hints, freezes) and your place in your pairs. Your partner keeps playing; your past turns no longer show your name.

What is kept

Records of purchases, without your profile, for as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). A Duo Pass bought in a store keeps renewing until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
