These terms are between you and Devinity, Greece, the maker of Twogram. By playing you agree to them.
Playing
- Be kind: pick a username that isn’t rude, hateful or someone else’s name. We may rename or remove accounts that break this.
- Don’t cheat, attack the game or its servers, or use bots.
- The daily puzzle is free. Everything else in the shop is optional.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including refunds. Coins, hints and other items are a licence to use them in the game; they have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred. The Duo Pass is a subscription that renews until you cancel it in your store account settings.
Your account
A guest lives only on its device: if you remove the app without saving your progress, it’s gone. You can delete your account at any time (how).
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game and may change or remove features, items and prices. We try to keep Twogram running, but can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
Liability
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Greek and EU law. Greek law applies.
